Coordinate, execute and sustain transformational programs and initiatives formulated by the Western Area Director.  Provide Program Webinars to inform, educate and support Program Chairs and VP’s of Programs.   Increase options, opportunities and resources for Chapters to provide audacious impactful life changing programs in their communities.
