A graduate of UCLA and Chapman University, Link Rhea holds a B.A. in political science, Master of Arts Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Master of Arts Degree in Educational Administration. Link Rhea is pursuing a Doctorate Degree at the Univeristy of Redlands in Educationa Justice.  Link Rhea’s career in education spans over 29 years as a Teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, and  she is currently the Lead Personnel Agent for the Rialto Unified School District in San Bernardino County. Link Rhea oversees the Human Resource Department for the district, which services over 25,000 students, and employs over 3,000 certificated, classified, and management staff members.   

In her 17 years as a proud member of The Links Incorporated, she has served in various leadership capacities at the  chapter and area levels including:  Facet Chair, Committee Chair, Vice President of Programs, Chapter President for four years, Western Area Nominating Committee Chair 2015-2019, and Western Area Executive Team member.  Link Rhea is proud to be your Western Area Elections Committee Chair.
